Yes, of course there is. The Bible calls it "the secret person of the heart " (1Peter 3:4)
Inner beauty is manifested in a strength of character that motivates a person to stand up for what is right, even when it is unpopular. It is manifested in the kindness shown to both friends and strangers that comes from a genuine love for people. It is manifested in the unashamed joy on a persons face when doing something they love or or seeing someone they love.
Most of all it is manifested when a person endures and even thrives under adverse circumstances, without resorting to lowering her standards of decency or her sense of right and wrong. She continues to manifest what the Bible calls "the fruit of the spirit". She doesn't just look beautiful, she IS beautiful.

Inner Beauty is manifested first through intent, then actions.
You can give a hungry person food, but if you are doing it to make yourself FEEL better then that's "pretty" ugly.
The more that this "beauty" overtakes you the more it will radiate from you.
Sometimes you can see a person who is possibly average, or even not really so attractive, but that inner beauty that comes from being a truly good person, overwhelms their appearance and all we see is in them is that "ray of light" and a beauty that weighs over any physical characteristics that may exist.
It's just a matter of how much good (or G-D) you have in you.

Inner beauty speaks of the good values, good spiritual, moral character of a person and this usually shines out in her eyes.
When one has a good heart and intelligent optimistic mind, she will have a younger face because of her positive outlook in life.
Inner beauty shines out in her actions and the way she treats people, always rendering service and making others happy.
Inner beauty is that rare jewel in any person that lasts forever and has to be valued more than just the physical aspect.

Inner beauty is manifested through a persons own philosophical take on life. A person who has the ability to 'live and let live', respect others, and are without judgement will be in receipt of inner beauty.

Oh yes! Someone's physical appearance may be appealing and may bring about that initial, exciting, sexual attraction (which may or may not last) but the inner beauty of a person stems from their personality, character, intelligence, humour and confidence.
It is infectious and alluring, and much more meaningful than their superficial appearance; although it frequently shines through in a person's smile.

Inner beauty is in a person's nature and personality. It's in the genuiness of a smile; the sincerity of communication. Like an expert musician, you're either born with it or very lucky if you can create it fro nothing. Does that make sense?! DB

Yes, there is indeed.
It can & does manifest, in more ways then 1.
I would have to say that the person who has it,
is humble as well, bc u wouldn't have inner beauty,
if u went around saying so.
Others, are the one's who have to recognize it in you.
As others users have already said it's 'you',
how you are towards yourself & others.
As it says in the Bible it's "the secret person of the heart."
And your "heart;
{not your physical, blood pumping heart in your chest}
is that which you have tender regard for,
your compassionate feelings,
towards others; and about others.
Strength of character.
Loving all others & showing it, by doing.
Good moral & spiritual values.
Much, much, more.
btw~~ what "Babydoll" said, I, 2nd that.
She doesn't look beautiful; She Is Beautiful!
Amen.

I want a man who is in my religion. He doesn't use tobacco, gamble or drink excessively. He is not into race cars or horse races. He likes a simple life with a farm and maybe a few animals. Not to eat, I would like him to be a vegetarian.
Maybe a family milk cow? Not sure I drink soy milk?
Likes to ride horses and maybe bikes. Eats healthy and grows a garden. Maybe he is a carpenter and can build us a house. But, he is real nice and doesn't use bad words.
I don't think I want any children, the world is just to over populated. Besides children leak they are always wet and they cry all the time. It really gets on my nerves.

Inner beauty is our soul, who we are,and what we do. It really shows through when you feel confident, sexy, happy and like anything is possible. People just naturally give off a glow about them. You know people see it too I think and they treat you differently in a positive way as they see you in a different light.

Yes, that is what I look for in a girl. It is manifested in how a girl carries herself, in her eyes, in her smile. We can see if your more than just a shallow b...h as I am sure you can tell the same about us. I will say that all the inner beauty in the world will not attract to me to an obese girl, like in shallow hal, but there is definitely attraction beyond pulchritude (physical beauty)
