I was taking these testosterone enhancers for working out. They did help out quite a bit. I was getting stronger and my workouts were getting more aggresive. I have stopped taking them, because I was getting some unwanted side effects. I was feeling annoyed all the time. My sex drive actually decreased. And my nipples became very sensitive. Since I have stopped taking the pills all of those side effects have dimished and I feeling like my old self. Has anyone here experieced this and is there something else that I can take to increase muscle mass and strength that will not mess me up like that.

I don't know a lot, since I'm a 16 year old girl. But I had a boyfriend who had thought about it, and it was bad. You should see a doctor to clinically diagnose an in-balance in your system of testosterone. If you do have a REAL problem he will give you a prescription, self-prescribing is one of the biggest mistakes of athletes. Plus, you might be lacking something else and that could be causing the slowing of muscle gain. It could be your diet, or regimen. You should find out from a doctor, first. Best of luck

Loss of semen drastically lowers testosterone levels and slows the metabolism.

Testosterone is responsible for:
# Maintenance of muscle mass and strength
# Maintenance of bone density and strength
# Mental and physical energy
# Male characteristics

Testosterone does have its side effects and what you experienced is very common. Creatine and Glutamine are both designed to help body builders with their growth, but do your research there too as to how much is ok.

Just workout normally increasing the weight of your... weights, I guess, and you'll eventually get bigger muscles.
