i have tryed the cream but it doesnt seem to be working and i dont fancie going to the doctors for him to look at my bum help plz as it is painfull

Part of the problem is avoid pushing when going to the bathroom. I would also change your diet, eat more fiber & stay hydrated...drink lots of water. :)

I know your dilema. It took me over a year to get the courage to see a Dr but in the end it just got too painful and I had had enough. I know it is embarrasing but really, they see this many hundreds of times and think nothing of it. The op is relatively straight forward and is really the only answer to totally getting rid of the things once and for all.
Try to avoid constipation at all costs. Eat a very high fibre breakfast like Albran and drink 2 litres of water a day. Don't sit for long periods and go for walks. But really though, seeing a Dr would be the best thing to do.

well... you cant get rid of them but you can decrease the pain try prepartion h(i dont think i spelled that right) or tucks pads. they will always come and go.
