I'm 20 years old as well and just gave birth to my first child. You are supposed to wait 10 days after your missed period. If yours are that irregular I'd just go on average, just guess. If you don't feel like bothering with all that then you could get blood taken and tested. I wish you the best of luck and I hope I helped.(: If you are, don't be scared. Babies are a blessing.
