You are starting with what is called a priori logic. Namely, assuming a truth that has never been proven and for which there is no evidence.

You need to go back and look for some real facts and evidence that there is such a thing as a soul and that research may answer your question.

This is a question more fit for the "Religion and Spirituality"section.. After all.. religion is the belief of how when and most importantly WHY everything has been created. A body without a soul is not alive..The origin of that soul.. who is it's creator , the purpouse of it's creation and the destiny of the soul after it's separation from it's abode of flesh are all a part of religion. Science only heightens belief in religion... even if not scientifically proven, when u learn more about the forces in nature, it's only believable that there is a supreme creator controlling this vast universe.. everything cannot occur on it's own accord. If you find this point of view interesting please check out Islam (from credible sources).. it's ideas on science, the soul and creation are spectacular.

The soul is not an organ but your intellect and emotions. On the securlar level, when you sing with soul you are singing from the heart heavily emotional.

The bible tells us that the soul lives forever, and it is the intellect or mind with feelings including. It is a LIVING being. Some souls are cluttered with abuse issues, hurts, and the likes. Others are as free as a bird.

The soul lives forever. Regardless of which direction you go when you leave, your soul never dies. A body without a soul is a corpse.

Since nobody can describe the soul, or where it is located or whether it actually exists why would you ask this question of anyone else on the planet. Nobody knows, so you might as well just make up your own answer. This is the kind of thing that is for you to ponder and draw your own conclusions - so what do you think?

Soul is just an imaginary thing created to explain things in the past. There is no proof for the existence of such things in science.

Since science can tell you *nothing* about the Soul (if it exists), this is the wrong forum to be asking such questions.
