is OTC oral contraceptive pills good for my skin? how does it help clear my few spots in my face?

im taking OTC oral contraceptive pills, called TrustPills.. if i took it for a prolonged time, will it do any harm in my health? i actually started taking it during the first day of my period, but when i reached the brown tablets, my period stops, but i still continue taking the brown ones, and then take another set of barand new ones.. is it still ok if i take it even if i lost count of it?

I would recommend checking with your doctor about this as well to see what they know about these pills. As to how the pill helps it helps by trying to balance out hormones by trying to calm them down to try and reduce the acne issue. The pill can be good for the skin depending on the person's medical history overall.
