I did think when this case first emerged months ago why would two well paid doctors go on holiday to Portugal?
Surely they could afford the Maldives, Seychelles, something much more exotic and educational than a nice but lets face it sterile culturless "costa".?
It of course becomes clear now.
Portugal is renowned for its tolerance of sexual diversity.
BDSM, gay transvestites all flock to Portugal's resorts which are not only tolerant but openly encourage these lifestyles.
Good for Portugal I say. Good luck all you people. Diversity is what makes the world go round.
So. Anybody guess what Praia de luge is famous for??
Not as the McCanns would have you think a family resort, but,

Please dont cry out in protest, just do a little research and you will find Praia de luge= Swingers paradise.

i still think its VERY strange that the baby sitting service wasnt used,who in their right mind would leave little kids alone and in an unlocked apartment

There is something that is holding the Tapas nine together. I thought it was to do with the way the children (of all of them) were left night after night so the parents could enjoy themselves, therefore if they did not back the McCanns with checking on them they could be charged with child neglect and lets face it, it is only the McCanns with all that money who could afford the best legal defence. Therefore they hold the purse strings. As you say diversity is what makes the world go round, they may be worried about being prosecuted for something or concerned about reputations but I still do not understand their silence. Surely if just one of them came out with the truth that person would be hailed as a hero or heroine for having the guts to stand up for Madeleine. I know I would have respect for that person despite anything he/she might have been up to in their private life.

Probably. I think, bear with me on this it's a big one, that they have basically made up this huge story about everything and tried to get as many people involved in the world so that they themselves believe that they are innocent, it's like when you lie, and make up stories you start believing that they are true.
You only have to look at the woman's face to know she's guilty of something.
Not sure what though.
