She really needs to talk to the police or her mam because this mild case of stalking mostlikly will turn into something much worse. Your friend is in danger of being kindknapped and'or reped and/or killed by this guy. Plus, no offence, your friend was really stupiod to give out her number to a 24 year old man when she is only 15 especially when she barely knows this man.

Firstly, I`d teach your friend some Safe Internet Rules!
She should ignore the messages and calls, and block him from whatever site she met him on.
There are ways to block numbers providing what network she is with, tell her to call her provider.
If he lives in Queensland, and she is in Adelaide, she shouldn`t be TOO worried, but it is the internet.. Tell her to also get any personal information about herself off the internet.
Be smart, be safe.

She can try to block the calls from him through the phone company.
She can also simply ignore his calls and texts. If you ignore someone for so long, eventually they go away.
She should also tell this guy that she no longer wants to talk to him and if he continues she will call the police.

would her mom's questions really be worse than the danger she could face from that creepy dude? Maybe you could put it in perspective for her, that maybe changing the number wouldn't be so bad. I mean, I don't know her mom...but I'm willing to bet she can trust her mom (even when angry) to treat her MUCH better than some crazy stranger who harasses 15 year old girls...

If it is a mobile phone she can contact her network provider with details of the number and they will be able to block the number.

she needs to tell her parents. that's the only way. then deal with the consequences for giving out their # to a 24y/o stranger. but i bet her parents would be glad she told them. that would be better than she ending up missing/raped/assaulted/dead.
