Humm fail in school or your permit test.
Which ever some schools require passing grades to even allow you to take the test,but don't worry most will allow you to take it anyway as long as you promise to bring your failing grades up.
If you fail the drivers permit No problem they will just let you reshedule it to take it over hope this helps

you have as much time as you need to study it depends on your state also because where i live i can take it as many times as i want to pass. Just study the guide and make sure you know stuff out of the ordinary like i got a question like which direction i should turn my tires if i skid. or hand signals and railroad stuff.
