Lindsay. Paris' 'voice' doesn't even qualify as a voice (can't hear anything) and Hilary's voice has been modified a lot in the studios (thank you, studio). Lindsay's voice may not sound as good as the other two at singing but that's because her voice hasn't been modified as much.

The only one who can carry a tune is Hillary, but she's not a great singer. Paris would be in second place simply because Lindsay is just terrible, how anyone even thought of getting to sing is beyond me.
