I have several things right now that are helping me to take away the shadows from my heart!! One of them is my faith, another is my family, but the ones that are doing it for me the most is actually people that I have met here!! They are very wonderful friends and they are always doing something to make me smile and laugh, they also check on me if they think things aren't going so good!! A lot of the questions that make me look inside myself are also helping me to work through some of the shadows!!

Not right now. There used to be lots of things. But the depression took those things away from me. And now the world is grey and unfriendly.

My cat Chessie, no matter what happens he can come sit on my lap and start purring and everything gets a little better, because I know at least one thing in life still needs me.

right now its my new kitty Annabella...(aka...evil Lynn )....she's what the vet called a tortoiseshell cat.....when I'm having one of my blue moods due to the recent loss of my brother...I can always count on her to do something that will make me laugh
