do something worthwhile...like taking pictures of places, travelling, helping out other people... i found this place, Yahoo Answers to be quite helpful...because i realized people have more complicated situations than me...some questions are really from the heart and they really have quite big problems...
only u can change your moods... Happiness is a choice. it may be difficult to be happy when everything around you seems to be depressing...but i tell u this: Just think of the fact that there is always sunshine after the rain and these will pass on eventually. You can be happy, no matter what!

Do something you have never done before. Such as:
1. Talk to some person who you always were curious about
2. Try the restaurant you wanted to try
3. Exercise harder or more than usual
4. Learn new language or musical instrument

Stimulate the learning and mood will swing back.

Moods are emotions. We are worst at temotions, especially male penguins, so understanding them with all the new science works wonders and EQ and intuition are the windows into a whole new world. You may like some of the stuff under my profile.

That depends on what kind of a person u r buddy... If u are a happy go lucky person just try to remem some joke or somethin to make yourself laugh... U will be normal soon.. If u r an romantic or flirt(sorry dude just mentioning) kinda person just think of somebody u like or love heartly... Tell me if u have some diff. personality

most of the time we humans keep taking rounds n rounds of the mazes of life.. i ask u to get over this.. come a little higher n have birds eye view of ur life..sit n think for a a while wat is it tat is troubling u.. Is it even worth all the pain u r goin through..

as far as mood is concerned tat is a temporary thing wont stay like tat forever..

not knowin ur exact situ i will give u some general suggestions .. see wat suits u best

- if u ve a beach near ur place go n sit there for a while in evening..

-u can spend some time wid ur mom or may be help ur younger brother or sis wid something..

-spend some time wid a gud frnd of urs..

-watch a fav movie of urs again..

or do any thing like tat,, but remember one thing.... most of the time in our life goes waste thinking abt the troubles, bad people or bad incidents...........n we really forget abt or atleast take those people forgranted who really luv us n care abt us .. so think abt those people n understand tat now is the time to return them some luv n care..try doin tat u would feel gr8 i bet
