Is it a Moduler, Library Sound Card, Keyboard or any special Sound Emulator?

it's either a recorder or a sample of a recorder (you can hear the breathe). at the time MCMXC a.D. was recorded (1990) the Fairlight CMI (an electronic sampler) or the like was used often.

Most the the instrumentation on that album was synthesised, as Enigma is only a two person band.

Michael Cretu was the producer who created all the music and added the samples, and his wife did most of the singing.
