1. If you sleep on your back you are a secure person. Nothing bothers you.
2. If you sleep on your side you are open and accepting of others and waiting for someone.
3. If you sleep on your stomach you are insecure and fret over things.
I was told this a long time ago. But I can't remember by whom.

I've read this in an email sent several times in several years, more than one time. I am not sure how true it is but it sounds plausible to me. I sleep on my side most often and sometimes on my back. I used to sleep on my stomach and I have NEVER been insecure and have NEVER worried about things. So that one is definitely not true in my case, anyway. I guess not all things such as this are 100 % accurate but some such as these are partly true. :o)

So if you toss and turn does that mean you are a fretting insecure secure person who doesn't get bothered by much other than having to wait for someone?

If all these things are true, I wonder what applies to a horse? They sleep standing up.I can't sleep on my back or stomach.I mostly sleep on my left side.I don't know who I'm waiting for, an Angel perhaps?

This is the first I've heard it, and all of it applies to me, at one time or another. I sleep all over the bed, in all positions.

I've never heard of this..i don't think it's true cuz I sleep in all positions throughout the night.

Ya,heard about that many times...
But for the first condition,if we have the habit to sleep on back then we are secure person,but what if we had chicken pox and the boils grew on our back??????

Nope, I've never heard of this. Since I've slept in all 3 positions (and prolly a few others!), I probably suffer from multiple personality disorder.....yikes! :)

No I never have. You could probably Goggle under Sleep analyzing or something like that and ya never know what you will find.
