assasination might be the answer. hassan bin saba, who made a virtual paradise. In order to win the faith of the followers he would give hashish to one the them and would send him to the virtual paradise, when this person come back from the virtual paradise, he would fell his eternity and would follow the order of the leader even the leader cammands him to kill himself. in my opinion same philosophey is today now

Not everyone believes in God. Without God, there's only the will to live. Those who want to live will cherish life. Those who don't want to live will choose death. Arguments against or for are just arguments and are based on other humans' perspectives/values. Basically, there's no moral argument for life or death. The so call moral arguments for life/death is only a democratic agreement based totally on human desires.

Humans do not choose death - it is a natural consequence of life. No amount of supernatural or superstition changes that fact, weather you call it god or ghost

May be they do not undersand the value of Gods gift, and may be they have not learned to love Nature and God, and thus life.

But mostly people comit suicide on quick impulses, under extreme possession of passions, and at that moment, no reason works. When that moment is passed, they, if escape from commiting suicide, shall heave huge sigh.

numerous reports of near death experiences say what a beautiful gentle time they encountered. The scriptures keep banging on about how wonderful heaven is, so maybe being dead is much better than being alive. Perhaps they should make suicide an olympic event

Because some people can't "handle" Life. It frightens them. It exposes their weaknesses. It challenges them to STAND UP TO things they don't want to Believe, or have to Deal with... It makes them confront their "Humanity..." -and they can't... They'd rather Die- than face the Truth...
