I think hes lying to my cousin about where he lives I wanna find out more about him She wants to met hiM!

Usually yes. Not by just knowing the email address but if you have an email from the person then you can. Or at least the first server he is using which should still give you his area. But the exact method is different for each email software. Basically you look for something for turning on "full headers" or "all headers". All emails have alot of tracking info in them that your email program doesnt show you because it would just look like garbage to most users.

No unfortunatley the email address alone will not give you their IP Address. However you can get a region that they are from. So if someone is from russia, their address will likely have somethings with the .ru suffix such as Whoever@yahoo.ru

Also if have their isp email address you may be able to narrow down their location that way. However with yahoo, gmail, hotmail, and other web mail accounts, you will not get any trustable results.

I imagine you would need some kind ipsniffer or something. I dont think you can get his ip just from his email address though.
