I hear 6 wks, some say 9 wks. I heard that 6 wks into pregnancy is when the pregnancy test will actually show positive. I'm about 5 1/2 wks and I swear I think I'm pregnant. These are my symptoms:

*Tender breasts and nipples.
*Tired (All the time, I find myself crashing mid-day everyday for the past 2 wks)
*Weird stomach feelings. (Like queasiness but not really. Like hunger pains, but beyond reason. I'm confused with this because it slightly causing me to kinda feel like blah.)
*AF like cramps. (This is what makes me a sceptic, because I feel I will start anyday. But yet, they are a bit stranger than the average AF cramps. Plus I felt these alot earlier like 1 wk after the actual possible conception time. Now they are stronger.)
*Frequent urination with each time being only a little pee. (I feel like I have to pee every 3 seconds.)

I'm sorry if it's TMI, but you guys have helped me before I appreciate all the mommies you can help me through this. This is my first time TTC.

It definitely sounds like it could be pregnancy symptoms. When is your next period due? You could be having symptoms like this around 6 weeks....but all women are different. All of these symptoms do sound promising though. Have you taken a test? Take one with your FMU (first morning urine...the hCG will be the highest). Good luck, and keep us updated on the result! Baby dust to you!

I was 7 weeks exactly when i started getting morning sickness, but i thought i had west nile i went to the hospital 3 days later and found out i was pregnant. go to the doctor. They can do a blood test which i think shows up faster than a urine test.

I felt symptoms about 2 weeks after conception and when my home pregnancy test (hpt) came back positive. Take a hpt, then you'll know. If you're 5 1/2 weeks pregnant, then you need to schedule an appointment with your doctor too (for when you're about 8 weeks). Congrats!

You're probably tired of hearing this... but every pregnancy is different. With my first two, I only knew because I missed a period. With this one, I would guess it was within 2 weeks my husband started bugging me to take a test. I took it after the third week... sure we were wasting the 10 bucks on the test... he was right, I was wrong. Apparantly I was displaying many of the signs you listed, and just didn't recognize it... he did.

sounds like you may be pregnant to me. I knew with both of my children at around 6 weeks. That's when i made it to the doctor, so i must of known a week ahead of time. Go get a PG test from Walgreen's and you will know for sure.
With my first child I knew because i would get sick after drinking 1 beer. (not like me at all) With my second child my breast hurt alot.

That sounds SOOO much like the symptoms I had when I found out I was Pregnant. And I was the same way, the cramping made me think that I wasn't, but as it turns out (and my OB explained) that a lot of women have cramping just like period cramps when the embryo implants in the uterus. I hope that it works out for you!! Good Luck!!
