Depends on the situation. If you associate these people with a certain something, you say, "Me and my friends" ("I'd like to order four ice cream sundaes for me and my friends.") Or you can reverse it and say "My friends and me." If you associate these people with an action, you say, "My friends and I." ("My friends and I went to the movies at the mall on Saturday.")

You always go last, either "my friends and I" for the subject of a sentence or "my friends and me" for the object.

That picture is of my friends and me. Take out "my friends and" to see if this is correct: "That picture is of me."

My friends and I are in that picture. (I am in that picture).

My friends and I

it completely depends on the context.

if it's the subject, it's "I".
My friends and I enjoy playing poker.

if it's the object, it's "me".
That doesn't mean a whole lot to my friends and me.

Never put yourself first. It's just common knowledge... or should be once you learn it.

"We".

The only time "me" comes first when speaking of multiple people is when saying "me, myself and I", and that is only if you are schizophrenic.
