In no particular order:

humor, ability to respect me as an equal and a parter not just a wife/woman, ability and will to cook/clean at least as much as I do, intelligence, good looks/good body including a certain sized penis, committed to never having children and has no children, similar interests, a good debate partner/doesn't always agree with me, doesn't mind being poor/has his own money ('cause I've got penniless dreams), doesn't do romantic cliches/is more genuine than a bunch of flowers or equally cheesy gift, emotionally expressive, not macho or 'manly' but understands people are more androgenous by nature etc...

I did find what I was looking for!

Someone that is not fake..... if they don't like you for who you are then it won't ever work out.... don't try and put yourself in a mold that you think they want you to fit..... as long as you are a decent person and have respect for them and treat them well then you should be fine and women will respect you
