Hmmm! that goes to chris j's blog and he was talking about Thanksgiving in Canada that they just celebrated last Sunday now there I see no frame up. Fran is not the type of person that would do that. I have found her to be honest and true. I don't belive for one second she has that kind of bone in her body. So my answer would be a flat out NO!
