Most of the time I prefer a menu so I'm not tempted to try to many things. In Vegas, I really want to get in the buffet lines!

Buffet for sure because you actually get to choose what you want as sides or whatever. you don't have to order what they say you do. Also, you can get it yourself. Waiters and waitresses can be slow. No offense to anyone. menu order restaurants can be very crowed therefore slowing business down.

I prefer ordering from a menu. I don't like a mixture of different types of food and I also like being waited on and the atmosphere of a regular restaurant best. :o)
