There isn't a black hole at the center of the universe. Well, maybe there is, but nobody knows where the center of the universe is.
There's a black hole at the center of the galaxy which eats stars, but not all of them. There are about 300 billion stars in the milky way... most of them reside outside of the event horizon of said black hole.
That being said, black holes usually don't discriminate about what they devour, but I think they would make an exception in the case of Paris Hilton and Gary Busey.
