no but i've had a life changing moment that i learned an important lesson from and i am over it but i will never forget it.
because my ex bestfriend betrayed me. it may sound lame, but trust me, under the circumstances it was under, it hurt me. a lot. and scarred me for life and i find it hard to get close to people right away now, because of what she did.

I was diagnosed with a disorder where I could die from my aorta seperating from my heart at any given moment.
It puts questions such as "do I really want to spend another 4 years in Graduate school? or "Should I stay with my boyfriend" "do I take that dream trip or save up for a house" in a real concrete context.
In a single moment I had answer to all of those.

I've had a lot of "life changing" moments, but it's kind of hard to just live your life based on a single moment that happened.

Got stuck on a cliff at about 200 feet up without a rope, with my chest flat against the side, standing on about one inch of rock.
I had to be talked down by my cousin as I could not see where to put my foot and I had to drop about 6 inches below to a stronger foothold.
I treated my life, with much more respect after that.
I had to literally take a leap of faith.
I was young and brave, as well as awfully stupid. I told that story at my cousins wedding, as his best man.
The moral was I trusted my life in his hands, you can undoubtedly trust the brides life in his hands as well.

I have had more than one life changing momet, everytime there is a newborn in the family, and every time someone I know that passes on, I have life changing momets. Nothing is ever the same each time one of these events occurs.

Yep. While driving home, I spotted someone who worked on the library club with me in high school on the street. I pulled over, but couldn't spot him on the street. I gave up and went back to my car, then it occurred to me he might have ducked into a nearby bank. I went in and he was there. This chance meeting changed my life! He was my link to most of the friends I have now.....

Yes..... When I felt God call me into the ministry... It was one of the most amazing times in my life. So peaceful, so sure, no doubt, no fear of my future.
and I finally knew what I was going to do with my life.
