After so much evidence has been presented flying in the face of horoscopes, why do people still believe in them? That the time of the year you were born on determines anything about your life besides when you celebrate your birthday is ludicrous.
So, horoscope believers, why do you believe in horoscopes after being shown evidence that they're completely fake? Do you enjoy wasting your time reading future predictions that you know aren't true?

Astrology helps to understand your self deeply. Your habits and why u do what you do, you need to go to a web site like astro.com and fill in all the required information to get a much better astrological view of your self. Its obveious that you have not or your too closed minded to understand what you read. The detailed information is you birth place, time and date. In general astrologers write in vague ways to touch many readers. So, when ppl read the general daily horoscopes it seems to some to be BS. Is this wrong? Well, for me i don’t read the papers. I read mostly sites that have my birth information and still it is not 100% correct but it holds water. Remember i said "still it is not 100% correct". I had the same opinion when i was young. But now, i have opened my mind and now understand why I do what I do. You can disbelieve if you want. that is up to you. But, don’t knock something you have no intentions of believing in. it waste your time and ours. If you put as much effort into helping ppl in the world as you do putting down astrology you could make a positive impact on the world! Oh, and astrology, in my opinion, does not "predict the future" However, astrology does allow a person to understand what they are happy doing. Take me for example, I love helping ppl, I would be a great teacher. But, alais i did not listen to astrology when i was young. Now im in a technical field which i find boring! The only enjoyment i get from my job is dealing with ppl. Oh, im a cancer. Again, it is simply a way to understand your self. I guess you don’t believe in spirits either? Well i do and i have seen my parents through my wife. Believe it or not, i’m happy knowing the truth.

Everything has it's own importance n so is the astrology. I suppose people need that to balance their life

I think they are fun to do,
I'm not sure how much I believe
in them anymore.
Some folks are dead serious
when it comes to that and some aren't.
My English Professor in college
was "a dyed in the wool" believer
and she wouldn't go anywhere
or doing anything without
checking her charts first.
I grew up with all of that,
my grandmother taught
us all sorts of stuff.
My older sister does
star charts for a living.
She makes more $$$
on one of these
comprehensive charts
than most of us make in a week.
Her husband is retiring next year,
so he can do the lettering
and some of the details.
Many people believe all sorts of things,
without documented proof.
Look at the religion &
spirituality section on Y/A!
It's all a matter of faith.

I suppose to make them feel better and I think people in general are curious about their star sign and what kind of hope it brings to their future. sad isn't it!!

it is fun...and sometimes when its true, you just role with it. its not a religion or a cult, its just a guide. not that serious...

Because alot of people are not very well educated and when that happens, you get alot of people believing in mis-information.
