Do you hope by repeating this question over and over you can change history?
Other's have provided more than enough quotes from Democrats to prove you an idiot. But you specifically asked about "everyone." So here go:
"The threat that Saddam Hussein poses is an issue in its own right, because the reason why the UN Security Council passed these resolutions was precisely because we know the threat that there is from the weapons of mass destruction that he has."
Tony Blair, British Prime Minister - March 11, 2002
Baghdad's regime did use such weapons in the past. Today, a number of evidences may lead to think that, over the past four years, in the absence of international inspectors, this country has continued armament programs."
Jacques Chirac, former President of France - October 16, 2002
"The fact is that there is now, we know well, a proliferation of nuclear weapons, and that many weapons that Saddam Hussein had, we don't know where they are. That means terrorists have access to all of that."
Paul Martin, Prime Minister of Canada - September 23, 2002
"We have not reached parity with them. We have the right to kill 4 million Americans -- 2 million of them children -- and to exile twice as many and wound and cripple hundreds of thousands. Furthermore, it is our right to fight them with chemical and biological weapons, so as to afflict them with the fatal maladies that have afflicted the Muslims because of the [Americans'] chemical and biological weapons."
Suleiman Abu Gheith, Al-Qa'ida spokesman - June 12, 2002
http://www.memri.org/bin/articles.cgi?Page=archives&Area=sd&ID=SP38802
"The nerve agent VX is one of the most toxic ever developed. 13,000 chemical bombs were dropped by the Iraqi Air Force between 1983 and 1988, while Iraq has declared that 19,500 bombs were consumed during this period. Thus, there is a discrepancy of 6,500 bombs. The amount of chemical agent in these bombs would be in the order of about 1,000 tonnes."
Dr. Hans Blix, Former Chief UN Weapons Inspector - January 27, 2003
"The recent inspection find in the private home of a scientist of a box of some 3,000 pages of documents, much of it relating to the laser enrichment of uranium support a concern that has long existed that documents might be distributed to the homes of private individuals. ...we cannot help but think that the case might not be isolated and that such placements of documents is deliberate to make discovery difficult and to seek to shield documents by placing them in private homes."
Dr. Hans Blix, Former Chief UN Weapons Inspector - January 27, 2003
"Saddam has a whole range of weapons of mass destruction, nuclear, biological and chemical. According to German intelligence estimates, we expect him to have three nuclear weapons by 2005. So, the window will close by 2005, and we expect him then to be a lot more aggressive with his neighbors and encouraging terrorism, and using biological weapons. Now he's using them through surrogates like al Qaeda, but we expect he'll use them more aggressively then. "
Dr. Khidhir Hamza, former Iraqi Nuclear Scientist - October 22, 2001

If a "neo-con" means someone who is not a brain dead puppet repeating the lies of their liberal masters, I'm proud to be a "neo-con." Although I must admit, there is nothing "neo" about my conservatism. I was never a liberal.
The real question is not whether there were WMD materials Iraq. The real question is what happened to them. In the interest of political gain and destroying a Republican President, liberals in this country refuse to ask the right question. They are potentially playing political games with lives of American citizens.

Nope. Many people, including myself, were certain of Saddam's WMD's prior to Bush Sr.'s Gulf War; but Bush Sr. eradicated those weapons and eliminated Iraq's ability to produce such weapons. There has never been any evidence to suggest...in a way that would make sense to any sane, intelligent person...that Saddam still had WMD's prior to His Majesty Dubya's criminal war of unprovoked aggression, much less the ability to successfully produce new WMD's.
The real question has to be, "If His Majesty Dubya's little pinhead is so smart, what do the American people profit by exhausting the U.S. military in this needless display of carnage and devastation? And, if the American people aren't getting anything out of it, then just how many CEO's and other corporate cronies are getting filthy rich off of blowing the arms and legs off of Iraqi children?

It is impossible to prove that "everyone" ever thought anything at all, and it is also irrelevant.
The real question is: Did the administration seek out any opposing views during their march to war and evaluate them critically, or did they on the contrary marginalize and ignore any opinions that didn't mesh with their preconceptions?
The answer seems to be that there were in fact people who thought there was insufficient EVIDENCE of Saddamn's possession of forbidden weapons to justify our current Arabian adventure, but that they were in fact shut out not just of the public debate, but also the administration's internal deliberations. Related to this theme are the suspected or known fabricators we cited as "evidence" on the way in; Ahmed Chalabi, "Curveball". and the Niger Yellowcake memo come to mind.
Now we've collectively spent three quarters of a trillion dollars, and all we have to show for it is a stale and moldy sh!tsandwich....

If that pollis genuine than there are a number of ignorant individuals, in spite of the undeniable fact that I quite doubt that even form is precise. (maximum)individuals are knowledgeable now, all of us understand the fact in the back of going to war with Iraq etc (oil) and all of us understand of the loads of hundreds of harmless civilians our troops murdered there. Ron Paul is the only one in government at present no longer helping war in Iraq, or maybe Iran, (returned then Paul even reported as out bush on his war crimes and illegally doing issues in Iraq without congresses approval first). in spite of if bush did say that, he might have long previous to war with them with our without help. He controlled to flee with lot's of stuff without congresses or anyones approval.

Actually all thru the 90s, the Democrats were warning us that Saddam either had WMD or was about to acquire them. 99% of the intel used by Bush was gathered in the Clinton administration. And every Democrat from hillery to Dean to Kerry believed the intelligence. So who is doing the lying, little lib?

I did,but I didn't think it was reason enough to go to war with Iraq.I figured anything they had would be so degraded as to be useless.I also knew that Iraq was not a threat to the United States in any substantial way whatsoever.
Edit-Wow.I'm kinda getting nailed for telling the truth here....

President Clinton
Address to Joint Chiefs of Staff and Pentagon staff
February 17, 1998
"In the next century, the community of nations may see more and more the very kind of threat Iraq poses now -- a rogue state with weapons of mass destruction ready to use them or provide them to terrorists, drug traffickers or organized criminals who travel the world among us unnoticed.
If we fail to respond today, Saddam and all those who would follow in his footsteps will be emboldened tomorrow by the knowledge that they can act with impunity, even in the face of a clear message from the United Nations Security Council and clear evidence of a weapons of mass destruction program."

Freaky, I've seen people post links, and copy/pastes to you numerous times. I'm sure I've even posted links.
What does it matter. You ask the same things over and over again, it doesn't matter what evidence people provide you.
Now, go ahead and take the 10 away from me.
