I'll agree with the first few people here.
1st base: Kissing and/or making out
2nd base: Touching (I believe this is above & below the waist. All encompassing more or less)
3rd base: Oral sex
Home place: Intercourse
I'm not going to say that the last few people who answered this question are wrong (i.e. the ones that made touched above the waist & touching below the waist two "separate bases," but I will ask, where do you fit oral sex into the picture?

I always thought 2nd base was touching above the waist and 3rd was touching below the waist, not just oral. But I'm a little older so the rules may have changed.

In SI, NY They have the bases n then advancing on bases. Which made a lot more sense. Something like: Petting above clothes 2nd base, Finger n had job advancing on 2nd. Course I said if your advancing on something that means you haven't gotten there yet, But stupid teens made it up, so there you go. Idk what all of theirs were.
