When you feel comfortable. That an be a really difficult and awkward thing to talk to your parents about, but I think if they are both mature adults and love and accept you, I say you do it sooner then later. You should tell them when they are in a good mood though. Whatever your decision is, I'm sure they will love you just as they always has. And if they don't, that is their problem which they are going to have to work through.
Good luck :)

There is never a good time. Some parents take it alright and others don't. I would tell them when they are not busy. How do you think that they are going to take it? My in-laws flipped when my niece told them. The rest of us already thought that but did not know. There were police involved and everything. I hope that your parents deal with it alright. Don't let anyone make you feel bad or try to give you ultimatums. You are who you are and they need to love you anyway. Good luck!

When you feel most comfortable about it.
Find a neutral place if you think there might be any kind of threatening from them.
You say you already have a boyfriend, I don't suggest you take him along when you do decide to tell you folks. Although you should let him know when you will be doing this so he can be supportive of you afterwards.

Really, there is no set time. You have to feel comfortable with yourself, and be ready for anything that might come your way. Below are some websites that might help you and your parents once you do tell them.

There unfortunately is no "cookie-cutter" answer for this one.
The best advice I would give is tell them when you think you are ready to. It's obviously something that you can't hide forever. I think you'll know when the time is right though ;)
Cheers!

I don't know if there is a best time, but do it when there is a calm environment, not when things are hectic.
I hope it goes well for you. Good luck.

If you have a Boy Friend then maybe do it before they figure it out. It will likley hurt them more that you didn't tell them.
