I was referred to Walgreens 3 months ago...and the girl that referred me said that she will be getting about $250 now sonce its been 3 months...and I should get some $$ also. But I was reading on Store.net that because we are in Evansville, IN the amount given will be doubled.

Who do I talk to about this...my pharmacy manager isn't 100% sure how this works.

Also, she works at Walgreens a couple miles a way from the one I got hired on at. Does that make a difference?

No we both get $$...we know that for sure...we just aren't sure what to expect because we live in a "shorted" market and rewards are doubled.

A referral is an incentive for employees. Sounds to me like she did the work by referring you, and gets the bonus. You were not an employee at the time of the referal, I doubt you qualify.

The fact the manager is not sure tells me the referral bonus comes from the corporate headquarters, so it doesn't matter if you are at the same store.

If you want the bonus, you need to refer someone else.

Go to the store manager. I know some form has to be filled out.
