It varies for each stadium. I went on a tour of the Bengals stadium and the guide took us in the private party boxes, which she said holds around 10- 15 people if I remember right. She said they cost around $6,000 a game.

Depends on the stadium and quite possibly the teams involved. A private box at a game between the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers would probably cost more than it would at a game between the Atlanta Falcons and the Seattle Seahawks.
