I usually wear a pair of loose boxers or a pair of boxer-briefs.
My girlfriend wears stuff similar to you, depending on the temperature/time of year, sometimes nightgowns, sometimes flannel pants(love those draw-strings!) and T-shirt, sometimes more if it's c-c-c-c-cold...
