I don't allow myself to do that, I used to and I would just end up sinking further into despair!! Now I force myself to find things or people that will surround me with positives, to drive out the negatives and now I am actually beginning to heal!! When I feel the need to sit and think then I go outside and watch the birds or just feel the breeze, anything to make me realize that I'm alive and that I can still feel!!
