For all the people who want to be judgemental jerks. I was 18 the girl was 16 turning 17 in a month & her parents are the ones that pressed charges. (so don't judge a book by the cover)

Hopefully, you are asking this question from the prison library.

Edit: I have to agree with qwelzf above. You said a 2nd rape.

I know how you feel. Texas Penal Code 21.11 states that anyone 14 or under is a felony of the second degree. My friend was 15 and during a truth or dare was dared to perform something on another boy, who so happened to be 14. My friend went to prison for 2 years, 20 years probation, 30 years registration, and has to attend a Psychotherapy group every Wednesday for 20 years and take 2 polygraphs a year and a pedermeter..pedometer..penometer...I'm sure you know what it is. They nailed my friend for something as ridiculous as that when there are actual monsters preying on children elsewhere. Way to go. Way to go, America.

The laws regarding what convictions can be expunged vary from state to state. All of them require you to show rehabilitation, together with a minimum number of years since your last offense (not just the one that you want expunged).

For more information, contact a criminal lawyer in your state.

OK, so you've "explained" one rape, but what about the other? But like others have said, you cannot get a rape expunged in any state that I know of.
