I'm an adult so I make decisions by myself for the most part. If it's something really tough or could change my life then I talk to my father but even then the final decision is mine.

Why not make your own decisions and look to others for advice. The two is the better combination.

that depends on the possible outcomes and how much of an effect the decision will have on my own life. for instance, when i pick the college i will attend, i will make this decision for myself, not base it around where my friends are going. when i decide what to watch on television on any given night, i will sometimes look to others for advice.

i make my own decisions but like to hear others advice at times to see what they think but i dont let others affect my decisions
