Literally, "world view" means the way we view our world. It has something to do with a paradigm, a framework, a way of perceiving things, ideas, events and what have you through the lens of your gender, personal preference, race, creed, culture, tradition, experience, impression, value system, etc..
World view can change gradually or in an instant. Suppose you view me as a sissy, know-nothing classmate because I have had been very silent and unassuming. After a semester, you notice my name in the dean's list ahead of the pack. Naturally, whether you like it or not, you will concede that your world view is out of synch; you have to agree with what is happening in the real world.
World view can be cross-current too, if you are the risk-taking type. In this case, either you will be proven right or proven wrong. Either you will be dismissed as a recalcitrant or dissident for standing to something which you think is right no matter if the world sees it the other way or you will be embraced later on for being novel or creative or steadfast. Remember, people follow those stronger than them.
World view should not be imposed by the way. Suppose you are wearing a correctional glass. Later, when you see a friend, you insists that "please wear my glass; I can see better the world through this spectacle." Would it be fair for him, who got a normal 20-20 view? Of course the answer is obvious. This idea sounds elementary, but in reality that is what many people do. If other people differ with them in terms of world view, they would probably deride or condemn them for being wrong or pathetic.
Likewise, world view has at least three perspective: yours, mine, and the correct one. So, the next time you walk down the highway of life, be careful to tread on. You might be stepping on other's holy ground. Life is short.

I care how it is viewed. I believe many countries view England as a nation of lager-louts and to a degree this is a reputation that has been earned. I do not believe it is fair though that we are all tarnished with the same brush. A little while ago I was in Prague with my Wife (who is from Slovakia and speaks practically the same language) and I had on my England football top. I was treated with some contempt by many people in the city's shops and restaurants until my wife spoke to them in their own language at which point their attitude towards me changed.

It is the sum total of our cultural and personal experience that makes us see the world the way we do.
If our minds were empty, we would see things as they are, but without the web of associations that experience brings. We know from experience that fire burns, water is wet. We're taught that politicians are crooked and one good shot to the gas tank will blow up a car. All of these kinds of things go to make up our world view.

Or the framework from which we view reality and make sense of life and the world.
Just the way you think, and see the things and people around you
It was formed by your parents, friends, and personal experinces

It is how, and in which way, manner one looks at the world and everything. It is also called the angle, and perspective. The fact that there are different opinion about the same this is becasue of this perspective differences.
Take rain for example. Some one disllike rain because it makes you wet, but some one else can enjoy rain since it makes him wet.
That is all.

Everybody has a different concept of what is happening in the world and why - i assume you are looking at this in some sort of critical way? So, for example, an African refugee has a different idea of how politics works than a rich American.
