if your battery is in the phone,they can trak you.on or off

there is no software that can be downloaded to the public. there are some phones that have trackers (boost mobile, disney) however you can only track people who know and want to be tracked.

For some states there is triangulation of the cell towers that is used when you call 911

No phone does it. I think that Disney has a phone that can be tracked, for kids uses.
