Depends on the state. Most state have a catch in their underage sex laws that allow sex between consenting members who are close in age (3 to 5 years). This is because it is normal for a 16 year old to start having sex. If you do report it you better have proof or you could find yourself on the end of a law suit. Then ask yourself, How old were you when you first had sex?
But, my suggestion is leave it alone. Live and let live.

Of course they can...anyone can report it as it is against the law so the female can be charged. Does not matter if it is consential

Yes. What you believe and the law are two different things. If a 12 year old is seduced by an adult, the adult is a sex criminal, and the parent can send the pedo to prison.

You can call the department of child safety and the local police name name's , the parent would probably be charged as well I would think for allowing the relationship to be this way.
But remember you may be called upon to give evidence because you can not do it annonamously other wise they wont investigate.

Yes. It is statutory rape, consential or not. Call either the police or the Children's Protection Services (CPS of DSHS).

Ya, I think the State can press charges.... however I don't think you should tell on them.... it is different for boys, 15 year old boys like to have sex and can't really be hurt by it...don't even say it hurts him emotionally because it doesn't.... it helps his confidence.... trust me I was 15 and having sex and I turned out fine.. mind you own business, and stop being jealous or whatever.... I think you might need help learning how to stop believing you are always right...pushing your ideas.

All it takes is a police call. With OR without consent of the 15 and 19 year old, or their parents, it is still statutory rape. Consent is not an excuse. Mistake of fact is not an excuse. Mistake of law is still not an excuse.

once the police get wind of this situation the parents do not have the authority to not have someone charged....the law is the law.... every state is different with their statutory rape charges and the age of consent is different also...anyone can notify the police of the situation.. its the police/ da's choice to arrest and file charges on the offender

If both sets of parents approve the relationship, I don't think there is honestly anything you can do, because it doesn't sound like they are hiding the relationship from their parents. If there is some sort of foul play, I would go talk to the parents.
