One company i know, changed the date of the non-working day in their company due to "employees request". Is this possible? The company is a 6days a week work schedule and Friday was the holiday, they moved the holiday to Saturday. Furthermore, employees there work for half day on Saturday but since they moved the holiday to Saturday, they have to report the whole day on Friday without the premium.

If this is a privately owned company, they can schedule workdays the way they see fit. The government has nothing to do with it unless it violated labor law, if there is one in the Philippines. For example, number of hours one can work daily and total for the week without going into overtime, lunch time, breaks, etc. But the company can get away with it because they will fire anyone who does not cooperate.
