My mom once found a baby bird and kept it in her hair until we could get it help. It was really cute.

Maybe not IN my hair, but with it. I put the hairs from my brush out for the birds to use for nesting :-)

No, but if you leave some of your cut hair outside where they can find it, they will add your hair to their nest.
