My Dr. says I have venous insuffiency and recommended support hose. I got some, but they don't seem to help much and my ankle still swells. I've been researching and there are a number of natural supplements online, like butchers broom, and horse chestnut. Do you have this leg vein problem and do you take anything for it and does it help?

Well my grandmother has vaso problems in her leg too, and the support hoes helps a little put its a pain for her to put on. I would suggest you talk to your Dr. first before trying OTC items such as you stated. My grandmother spends allot of money on remedies she thinks will help her, but they don't work. I lot of these supplements are not approved by the FDA and therefore don't have allot of info to back up their claims.
