My partner and i have decided on 2 names for his first name and his second, now we are just trying to figure out which way it sounds best,

Hamish Dylan Waite (Waite is surname)
or
Dylan Hamish Waite

Which one sounds better? My partner likes Hamish Dylan and i like Dylan Hamish, so we just cant decide which is best

I would go with Dylan Hamish ...I think Hamish as a first name is just asking for trouble

While I do like the name Hamish, it would be a harsh name to grow up with. Dylan Hamish Waite flows better, too. Good strong choices you made! Good luck

Personally, I like Hamish Dylan Waite. I am a big one for names being unique and therefor Hamish being the first name would be unique. I have never heard that name before, where did it come from? Best of Luck with the baby! :)
