If your paypala account is locked, doesn paypal still have access to your bank info?

My account was locked because of some name match, and I want to delete it. Unfortunately I do not know how to do this with ym account locked! So wondering, if you just leave the account locked, will they ever have access to your bank info still. And I want to set up another paypal with the same bank info but ym wife's name, since we have a joined bank account. Can you do that?

Probably sending an email to PayPal will sort things out for you.

Yup, it will be locked.
