yeah - i book a room at Bates' Motel on Elm Street (which is in the woods) - and switch on the Poltergeist TV with my friend Carrie and a bunch of students
i told the kid not to bring his tricycle this year - so he brought a chainsaw - typical

forget the curling up, give me a cold drink, a pitch black room except for the tv screen and give me the scariest movie you can. now that is a good time. especially if there other people with you and you have seen the movie before, i scare the crap outa people when that is the case

of course i do. i get together with my closest friends, we have pizza or chinese, wine and other yummy things, give out candy to little kids, and watch all the scary movies we can. After they all go home, my boyfriend and i will get cozy and watch another all by ourselves. halloween is my favorite holiday.
