ok ok so even if it was on the cheek it was still a kiss and she does know i'm bi though. So what should i say and what does it mean? is it normal for two bff's to kiss eachother on the cheek and we are not italians btw

I think it depends on the circumstances... If it was in a somewhat "romantic" atmosphere, then the kiss probably was intentional... But if in was just a "seeyalater" type of a kiss, I don't think it had any serious purpose...
Also, i think it is more then "normal" for bffs to kiss each other on the cheek... I do it with all my friends, every time i see them... And it always comes across as plain friendly...

yea so? she kissed you on the cheek...its not that big of a deal...i've kissed my best friend (female) on the cheek...she's kissed me on the cheek...it really didn't mean anything for us...but if you feel that strongly about it ask her...

Yes it is fine and lots of people do it I seriously don't think it is anything more than a friend to friend kiss.

But don't be scared to ask her how she feels about you.
