Me and my boyfriend have been together 3 years and we never talk about marriage, i want to get married sometime but he NEVER talks about it? what is this all about?

Almost never does a proposal come out of left field. It's a decision that is talked about a lot- as it should be.
If you are serious about wanting to marry this man then you should bring up the topic.

He is simply comfortable in this situation and is not going to do anything different b/c he eveidently thinks that you are okay with it. Maybe you guys need to sit down and discuss where you want to be with each other in the next three years. But you wont be able to just tell off of action whether or not he wants to marry you b/c some people can live as just boyfriend/girlfriend for life. So just sit ya honey down and talk to him. I was married after 4 years but engaged after 21/2. But we talked about it!! And if he dont want to talk about it once you bring it up then that says alot; maybe he isnt ready!!God BLess!!

My boyfriend and I have been together a little less than a year and we talk about he possibility of getting married someday. I think it's strange that you've been together for three years and aren't talking about it. Do you know his feelings on marriage? Bring it up.

If you are having sex with him, without the commitment of marriage, then why should he marry you. You are giving it up for free.

Why don't you bring it up then? Ask him where he sees himself in 5 years from now. Ask him what his ideal work day is, and his ideal day off (just to see if you're included in them or not). Those will be some tell tale signs of what he sees his future as, and whether or not they include you.

just mention it. say something like "i had a dream last night that we were married" and see what he says. then just simply say something like "do you think we will end up getting married one day?"
some guys just dont talk about things like that cuz "theyre men" haha
