Some women aren't as blessed as others and have to try and get a nice big butt. I hated mine because it was always too skinny and never filled out any pants, and I had no hips either.
After having 3 kids, that changed and although it isn't huge, am more curvaceous and hubby likes it more.

Running. Not jogging, but running with long strides. When I was in track, I had developed more of a bubble butt. This question probably should be in another category.

If you run on a treadmill use it on an incline. It really builds up your muscles in your behind.

Don't know I was born with mine, maybe you can get implants or something, squats might help but it probably still won't be as big as you want it.
