How many times do you get hurt before you give up?

Fear of being hurt again in relationships keeps me from moving forward for fear of being hurt again!! My fear caused by panic and anxiety attacks has made my world smaller and that also keeps me from moving forward because I can't go to places that might set it off!! No fairs, carnivals, or even Disneyland because of the crowds!! I used to enjoy all of these things!!

Fear does not keep me from moving forward. I tend to move faster when fear approached because I wouldn't want to stay in Fear....

Fear, literally paralyzes a person. How many times have you heard the expression " H/She was frozen with fear"? The only way I have had to cope with fear has been to face it head on and not run away from fear. Once you do the thing that you fear you take away its' power to paralyze you.

My fear of loosing someone really important to me has kept me from starting to date again..
But I met a really great guy and I'm going to try to have it all.
