I always want to get it up as soon as possible, but I'm the only one in the family who does. So, it usually gets done, at earliest, a day or two after Thanksgiving. But I win by starting the Christmas music, at latest, on Thanksgiving. :)

Aw, I love Christmas. I put it up the day after Thanksgiving and don't take it down till January 6th (The feast of the 3 kings...it's a Latin thing lol.)

I've got two artificial trees and they both go up at different times.
Our newest tree goes upstairs and it's usually out for the start of December, so I tend to use the last weekend in November to put it up.
Our old tree goes up sometime in early November. I tend to stick it in the basement where no one minds it being set up so early.

I try to get it done by the 1st of December. It makes my kids happy to have the tree up for as long as possible. :-)
