I like women and then I turn around and want to date a guy Am I bisexual, bicurious, or just plain confused? I wish I could figure this out because I would be willing to have a girlfriend but I don't know if I would be able to handle it...I hate being this way...I need some kind of advice...Actually I want to go on a date with a girl. Do you think that this would help?

Sounds like, right now, all you have are thoughts and ideas and fantasies about women. But they're a bit scary -- so you think you want to date a guy. Why not, they're "safe" and you know what dating guys is like, you've probably done it, right?

So -- go on a date with a girl. Maybe several dates with a girl -- and find out for sure if that's really what you want and if you would actually be able to handle an ongoing romantic relationship with a woman.

If it doesn't work out -- if it turns out that you like the "idea" of being with a woman more than the actual reality -- well, then you know you're probably bi-curious more so than bisexual. And self-knowledge is a good thing......

Why allow society to define you by its harsh labels? Remember al too often we allow ourselves to be defined by these lacking labels and forget that it is not the labels that define us, but we that define the labels. You are searching for happiness, and you (unlike most other people on the earth) have the courage to search courageously without conviction for a soul, not a body or a gender. If you were to defn yourself would you consider not continuing searching for your soulmate? Do not define yourself, simply remember that you are not gay, or straight, or bi - but you are you. A person, a human, a woman that is dedicated to truth.

It's up to you.. I call myself gay because I know that physically I am only attracted to women.. I've tested it.. guys, no matter how close I feel to them, never feel like anything but brothers or friends.

If you don't want to label yourself, don't.. or say you are questioning.. If you are attracted to both sexes.. date both, .. see what works and what doesn't.

Don't worry about which one you are. If you are attracted to a male, then go for it. If you are attracted to a female, then go for it. You don't have to specify your sexuality.

If it helps, here's a link that helped me out when I was wondering similar things. Kind of a long read but I think it's pretty useful.

Once you stop hating how you feel, you'll be more comfortable with who you are. If you want to ask a girl out, then ask. Its perfectly okay to follow your heart.

I'm bisexual also.

Don't label, just go with the flow and follow your heart.

I think your label maker is broken, don't worry about, if you don't want to.
