I did think of T initially, but as it's your image here that would be too easy so I'm going to suggest a couple of different ones
"Y" - though it could be a problem if you need to use your arms.
"A" - I know thats already been suggested but you could take it a bit further by having your outfit in green or red [A is for Apple and if it's a wet day you could wear your macintosh:-)]. Could even include an A-line skirt
If all else fails, really pad yourself out and go as an "O"
