Stand up in front of a group of people and force them into liking you. Applause is a great confidence builder.

Try this it's not an all encompassing solution but it helps me and is easy to implement...

Changing your body language will increase your confidence and how others perceive you. Here is how it works... Naturally when you're nervous or uncomfortable for whatever reason your body has natural reactions that occur. Several examples are you'll....
clench your fists
grind your teeth
cross your arms
cross your legs
put your head down
move your arms or legs in a position covering weak parts of the body (midsection and genitals)
start breathing differently usually more heavily or faster

I'm sure if you really pay attention at times when you're nervous upset or stressed you'll find yourself doing these things. Well it's kind of a vicious cycle because when you do these things your subconscious mind will process the fact that you're in these positions and send more signals to be nervous stressed etc... However, a neat trick is when you feel nervous be sure to do the opposite of the above listed things. Take long soothing breaths, make your hands flat and open your arms, hold your head up high, uncross your arms legs, etc... This will give you two immediate benefits. The first is that your body will process the fact that you have a non nervous posture and it will calm you down some. The second is that other people will notice that you look calm and it will calm them down around you and they'll think of you as a more confident person.

Audit and re-assess or re-evaluate everything you do as a process. Believe it or not big firms pay companies to come in a do this to re-structure if things are going "not so good."

So, audit how you do things from point a to point b...figure out better ways to get to point b.

Once you begin to re-evaluate how you do things and think "Outside the Box." You will see everything in a different perspective...and realize things you can improve on.

This in turn will boost your confidence level, because your simply running a tighter shipment that is air tight. No loose strings therefore less chances of error in anyway.

If you start at the base level and work your way up..everything else falls into place...you save money you save time and that leads to a more organized lifestyle and it attracts people to you. Discipline in ones life breeds success in your career and relationships, etc...but, take time to have some fun too after building your castle.

I would recommend taking a Franklin Covey class (they offer them all over the country).

Aside from that, read The 7 habits of Highly Effective People and a book called "Getting To Yes" by Uri. There is no shortcut to find one's confidence or being organized. Do or Do not. Good luck.

To be more confident, focus on the things you do well. And try to master the things that are really important to you. To be more organized, fix every thing the moment you mess them up. If you let them get out of hand, becomes a lot harder to organize. Don't procrastinate Good luck.

Well, my son had some organization problems too. He was very motivated but BUSY! When you have a lot on your plate, sometimes it gets overwhelming and you feel like you're never accomplishing anything. The workload never seems to get lighter...so, I bought him a notebook to make a list of all the things he had to do. When you can see what you have to get done, it makes it seem more managable, and when you finish one task, CROSS IT OFF! That way, you can see how much you really have accomplished, and know you're being productive.

Don't be cocky about it. But gradually gain respect with yourself and organize your good qualities and appreciate them, then try to get rid of your really bad qualitities. Don't make it look fake because then your pushing it and wont feel confident. If your just truly being yourself, then you should feel confident.
